Success at the IFAT 2016 exhibition

IFAT is the world’s leading exhibition for water/sewage/waste management and raw materials, It takes place every two years. More than 3000 exhibitors from about 60 countries attended this year’s industry meeting in Munich from May 30 to June 3 – including Brandenburger Liner GmbH & Co. KG, as usual.

The booth in the bright green company colours drew attention from afar. Yet appearances aren’t everything: At a technical exhibition like IFAT, content is what matters most. Visitors to the booth were not only able to see for themselves how large pipe liners made by Brandenburger can be, but also observe how the UV hardening technology works. The Brandenburger team served as a contact for these and other topics in the areas of technology, sales, and shipping of liners.

International audience at the Brandenburger booth

Michael Schloder, managing director of Brandenburger Liner, is satisfied with the success at the exhibition: “The attendance at our booth was very good on all days of the show. We were able to have interesting discussions with existing partners, friends, and potential customers from Germany and many other countries.” Visitors to the company booth came from as far away as America, Asia, and Australia.

Keeping in touch with partners

In addition to gaining new customers, the IFAT is always a good opportunity to meet with customers and industry experts that have been partners of Brandenburger Liner for years or even decades. The traditional party at the Brandenburger booth was an ideal venue for this, and again a great success. The Brandenburger team had a lot of fun catering to the many guests, and the show band “Die Dicken Kinder” from Landau provided great entertainment on Tuesday night.

The team of Brandenburger Liner GmbH & Co. KG would like to thank all visitors and is already looking forward to the next IFAT in 2018 (May 14 to 18, 2018).
